In the digital world, I am hosting my own photographic art show. I don't think I will ever have a real one, so this will have to do.

Actually, this is a little different, as I am not doing this to show off to sell anything. I am doing this to get some .hopefully yet not too brutal, honest feedback. I have some pictures that I took over the past few months, that I enjoy, and am actually thinking of submitting one or more to one of the thousands of photo contests that are littering the internet.

My problem? I am my own worst critic, and can't decide if these are good, or I am just prejudice. Kind of like watching your own kid in the school play. Even if he forgets his lines, little Johnny was the best one and has real talent.

Anyway, I have created my 'Gallery' at the below link, and it allows you to rate each photo and optionally leave a comment. Please take some time to stroll through my work and rate your favorites and leave a comment if the mood strikes you. And yes, there are some similar shots there, and again, I can't decide which I like better, so I leave it to you, the reader.

Click Here -> My Gallery to view.

Thanks!!
I think I mentioned a that I am getting into my photography again. It is kind of outside of my techno-geek nature, as it leans more to the artsy side, but I do always remember liking taking pictures growing up. I even had an old film SLR for a while before it broke down.

Now with the advent of digital cameras and the cost of film and developing no longer an issue, I have been getting really into it over the past year. So much so that I just upgraded my camera to the next level and am breaking out the book (and websites) on both taking pictures and the millions of things you can do to them once you get them on the computer. Of course, not I just need to make the day last about 28 hours so I have time to do everything.

Anyway, today I set up what must be my hundredth different photo gallery/blog. I am trying to compare this to the others I have tried and probably liked to from this page. So maybe one day I will consolidate, but then again, why be organized.

So here is the link, with all of 4 pictures to start: My Gallery
